Information you submit

Forms collect your business and contact name, email, destination or facility location, and any optional website, volume, product, operational notes or claim evidence you provide. Your consent is recorded with the request.

Purpose and access

Requests are stored in FBA Prep Ship’s inquiry database for team review and response. Request details may also be included in an internal email notification when email delivery is configured. Public visitors cannot browse submissions.

Submitting a request does not automatically contact a listed provider or publish your information. Any proposed introduction requires a separate review of the appropriate next step.

Spam and abuse protection

Public forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled. In that case, Cloudflare processes technical anti-abuse signals needed to determine whether the request is likely to be automated.

Your browser shortlist

A selected shortlist is passed to the matching form using your browser’s session storage. The form reads and clears that handoff. Selected provider names are included in your inquiry only when you submit it.

Keep requests appropriate

Do not submit passwords, financial information, sensitive personal details or confidential supplier documents. Provide public evidence URLs for claims.

For questions or a request to correct or remove inquiry information, use the business inquiry form and identify the earlier request without repeating sensitive information. Requests require manual review.
