Evidence definition

What counts as Temu fulfillment evidence?

Four kinds of claim are accepted, and each one is recorded per assertion rather than as a badge on the whole company. A generic “e-commerce fulfillment” sentence is not one of them.

  • Certified or connected warehouse

The operator publishes an explicit Temu certification, cooperation or connected-warehouse relationship.

  • Platform integration

The operator documents Temu authorisation, inventory sync, order sync or tracking upload as a supported workflow.

  • Temu fulfillment service

The provider publishes Temu-specific receiving, storage, pick-pack, shipping or returns capability.

  • Current Temu customer evidence

A primary corporate or regulatory source documents current Temu activity, without establishing platform certification.

  • Facility-specific vs operator-level

A provider-wide Temu relationship does not prove that every warehouse in its network is Temu-connected. FBA Prep Ship stores the scope separately and never generalises the claim.

Before dispatch

What to confirm before sending inventory to a Temu 3PL

  1. Exact receiving facility. Confirm which warehouse is assigned to your account before dispatch.
  2. Temu integration method. Store authorisation, WMS/OMS connection, order import and tracking sync.
  3. Inbound method. Parcel, carton, pallet, LTL, FCL or floor-loaded container acceptance.
  4. Receiving instructions. ASN, appointment, labels, carton marks and shipment references.
  5. Inventory workflow. SKU mapping, stock sync, pick-pack rules and exception handling.
  6. Returns. Inspection, restocking, disposal and reverse-logistics procedure.
  7. China-origin handoff. Who handles customs entry, importer of record, drayage and final delivery.
  8. Commercial terms. Written pricing, minimums, storage terms and live-capacity confirmation.

China-origin inventory

Temu 3PLs for China-origin inventory

Many marketplace sellers source outside the United States and position inventory in U.S. warehouses before domestic fulfillment. A warehouse’s Temu capability does not automatically prove that it can receive China-origin FCL/LCL or handle customs responsibilities. These are evaluated as separate facts:

  • Temu marketplace capabilityDocumented in a marketplace claim on this page.
  • Carton receivingSeparate facility assertion.
  • Pallet receivingSeparate facility assertion.
  • FCL / container receivingSeparate facility assertion.
  • Container unloadingSeparate facility assertion.
  • China-origin acceptanceSeparate facility assertion.
  • DrayageNot recorded unless the operator states it.
  • Customs coordinationNot recorded unless the operator states it.
  • Importer of recordNot recorded unless the operator states it.

Where a fact is not published, this page shows Not publicly confirmed rather than inferring it from a neighbouring capability. Inbound modes on a provider are recorded per facility with their own evidence status.

Method

How FBA Prep Ship verifies Temu provider claims

Every claim is a row with its own source, scope, review date and limitation. A provider is listed only when the assertion is current, approved, reviewed or verified, and describes an actual relationship.

  • Assertion, not badge

The claim type, evidence scope, source class, source URL, source date, review date, verification state and limitation are stored together. Any one of them missing keeps the claim out of the list.

  • Scope is enforced in code

A claim scoped to the operator cannot be attached to a facility, and a facility-scoped claim must name the facility. The rule is rejected on write, so it cannot drift later.

  • Review windows expire

Integration claims carry a 180-day window and fulfillment claims 120 days. When the window lapses the claim stops qualifying for this page before anyone edits it.

  • Leads are not evidence

Directories and discovery leads can be recorded internally but can never be approved as the sole basis of a published claim. They have to be replaced by a primary source first.

FAQ

Temu 3PL questions sellers ask first

What is a Temu 3PL?

A Temu 3PL is a third-party logistics or fulfillment provider that supports sellers with functions such as receiving, storage, order fulfillment, tracking and returns for Temu sales. The exact relationship can range from a documented Temu-connected workflow to a provider offering Temu-specific fulfillment services, so the evidence type should be checked before onboarding.

Does Temu provide logistics services directly?

Temu states that it does not directly provide logistics services and instead offers integrated logistics solutions. Sellers may therefore work with third-party logistics providers and warehouse operators depending on their fulfillment model.

How do I find a Temu warehouse for my inventory?

Start with providers that have Temu-specific evidence, then filter by the state where you want inventory positioned and the receiving method you need. Confirm the exact facility, current receiving instructions, Temu integration and live capacity directly with the provider before dispatch.

Is every warehouse operated by a Temu partner a Temu warehouse?

No. An operator-level Temu relationship does not prove that every facility in the operator’s network is Temu-connected or Temu-dedicated. FBA Prep Ship separates operator-level, network-level and facility-level evidence.

Can a Temu 3PL receive inventory from China?

Some can, but Temu fulfillment capability and China-origin inbound capability are separate facts. Check FCL/LCL, container unloading, pallet/carton receiving, drayage, customs coordination and importer-of-record responsibilities individually.

What should I ask a Temu fulfillment provider before onboarding?

Ask about the exact warehouse, account setup, Temu/WMS integration, order and tracking sync, receiving rules, inventory accuracy, returns, cutoff times, capacity, pricing, minimums and the inbound process for your origin country and shipment type.

Need a shortlist for your Temu inventory?

Share your product category, monthly order volume, preferred U.S. receiving region, inbound origin and warehouse requirements. FBA Prep Ship can review documented provider records and help you identify a shortlist for further verification.
